and we design to put this dish into there promotion menu. Until now we still put on to chef

pasta + pasta

This's the first time to start my blog. Just load some pasta dishes that I have create for few month ago and the first start as Executive sous chef. It all handmade pasta with different favour and different ingredients.

The combination it's not really Italian pasta. But still keep good consistently of pasta texture as usaully call "al dente"

I have put some local ingredients with can get in some local wet market. Some thing like baby eel, ginko nuts, local cherry tomatoes, etc.
