    Simple dish easy to marinated with lot of garlic, rosemary, sea salt etc., But need to use the chinese sucking pig cooking method with the secret garlic water and sugar malt to spread over the skin and dry up at the room temperature. Need to do at least 3-4 times. almost 2-3 days to get the skin crispy.
